POLICE ACADEMY is managed by Know² which is based in Los Angeles, California with offices in Australia, UK and a production base in Thailand.

Know² started developing Law Enforcement training in 1997.   At the time Law Enforcement training was generally limited to 30-40 officers who received specialized training in classrooms.  There were many others, especially front line officers, who could benefit from the same training. However, organizations did not have the budget or logistical bandwidth to train a large number of officers at the same time.

Know², a pioneer of Law Enforcement computer based training, has been working with the United Nations for the past 18 years. During this time we have constantly perfected the design and delivery of computer based training.   Our training is now being used in more than 50 countries and in 20 languages.
